Highlights
Come join me at FOSSA! I'm happy to chat about the company and make intros.
Today is my two-years-and-one-week anniversary at FOSSA, so it feels like a good day to share some news: I’m proud to update my role at FOSSA to CMO. And that's also a great excuse for me to thank some folks publicly for the support, teamwork, and leadership that has made the start of my time here such a wonderful experience.
I’ll start by stating the obvious: I love this company, and the people I get to work with. It’s a group that is driven, creative, smart-as-hell, and a ton of fun - all qualities that are a great match for me, especially where they make up for my gaps (that's the creative and smart-as-hell parts). To be given the opportunity to maximize my impact at a growing startup, across marketing and beyond, with this team, is a gift.
Kevin: thanks for inviting me on this adventure, being my best marketing asset, and showing your steady confidence in me to continue to play a greater role. Joe, Manuel, Benedict, Kenaz, Dave, Karen: thanks for making my job easy (don’t tell Kevin I said that!) with a kick-ass product and a crazy-strong GTM team. I am so lucky to get to learn from each of you. Andy, Abdullah, Christian, Endia, Anthony, Barbara: y’all are an amazing team, and I am proud to be a part of it. You make this company look so damn good, and it’s thanks to your hard work that our marketing consistently punches way above our weight.
Okay, enough blabbering, time to get back to work. I’ve got alot of people out there that still need to hear the FOSSA story, and my coffee is getting cold.
