Additionally, her administrative fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System enriched her experience in academic healthcare, providing her with practical insights that she brings into her current initiatives.
Prior to her impactful roles at Stanford, Aarti held several positions that contributed to her development as a leader in health education and administration. She worked as a Senior Project Manager for Budget and Strategic Planning at the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and held various roles in the University of Michigan Medical School, including Project Manager of Compliance and Administrative Intern at Children's Memorial Hospital.
