He is the Founder of Workforce Physical Therapy and has also worked as a Clinical Consultant at Periscope, a Physical Therapist at Stanford Health Care, and a Sports Resident at Los Gatos Orthopedic Sports Therapy, among other positions.

Abdul's professional journey includes roles such as an Associate Physical Therapist at FIELDS IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC., a Student Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, and a Founder and Content Creator at Injury Insiders. He also served as an Anatomy Lab Instructor at Mount Saint Mary's University and in advocacy roles at the California Physical Therapy Association.
