What a fun action-packed day leading "Impactful Executive Communication" with the Leadership Team of Sanofi's Organizational Capability and Transformation. It's a huge pleasure to work with a group of smart, open, curious people, who have such meaningful roles with true influence. I'm always amazed to watch the growth in each participant and the wonderful "side effect" of getting to know each other and aligning more as a team. This was a particularly international group, with participants originally from Belarus, France, Australia, Spain, UK, Brazil, USA, Ireland, Jordan, Dominican Republic. Which shows again that so much around what creates an impact with an audience is universal, and comes back to the basic - H2H - human to human. In large corporate environments it's particularly important to remember this H2H principle.
