Highlights
I've been away for a while, but during that time, I've learned so much and I can't wait to share it with you all.
I'm super excited to be part of what we're building at WithOnyeka. In just 4 weeks, Onyeka set out to train 100 entrepreneurs, mostly startup founders. Not only did we hit that goal, but we exceeded it, training over 118 startup founders from 4 continents!
Here are 4 key lessons I've learned from Onyeka and this incredible project:
- Value Your Knowledge: You can provide immense value to others, even if you think you don’t know enough.
- Share Your Expertise: People need your knowledge; it can save their business or elevate it to the next level.
- Take Action: Just get things done—the excuses are unnecessary.
- Enjoy the Journey: You can have fun while you work.
Building a startup is tough, but having the right guidance is crucial. Many founders are navigating this journey alone, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Whether you need advice on assembling the right team, finding the perfect co-founder, approaching a mentor, deciding when to pivot, or getting into Accelerator Programmes, having a mentor makes the process so much easier.
To all the builders out there, I celebrate you so much. Find someone who can truly guide you on your journey, it is very very important!
Thank you you Onyeka Akumah for this opportunity!
