Abulaiti Hairisha (Hayrensa), Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in ALD/MLD thin film deposition, computational chemistry, and enhancing Li-ion battery capacity.

With 7 years of experience in ALD/MLD thin film deposition techniques, Abulaiti is recognized as an expert in organic-inorganic hybrid thin film deposition. Additionally, possessing 4 years of experience in computational chemistry, he has applied first principles simulations for chemical reactions and precursors screening for deposition processes like ALD and MLD.

Abulaiti has dedicated 3 years to improving Li-ion batteries by developing a novel ALD/MLD protection layer for Silicon composite anode and Li-metal anode surface stabilization. His industry experience at Bosch involved applying thin film deposition techniques for Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) sensor development.
