"I've heard a lot of AI talks now and that one actually got me thinking differently..." - someone after my talk today 💗

I had the incredible opportunity to present as one of the keynote speakers at the Mayo Clinic's Nursing Nexus event today on how AI and Automation can transform nursing and patient care.

The first thing you should know is that Mayo is the real deal when it comes to AI. They're not just talking about it, they're actively experimenting with it.

Second, they've created a culture of innovation that looks to their front-line staff for inspiration and creativity to solve real challenges that improve patient and clinic outcomes.

I'm hopeful that the future of healthcare is bright if leaders like Mayo can innovate like this and keep pushing what's possible.

Special thank you to Elizabeth (Carlson) Legler, Sejal Waghray, MPH, Ryannon Frederick and the rest of the team for trusting me with inspiring the entire nursing team on our AI empowered future. #NursingNexus2024 #MayoClinicNursing

"It wasn't like he was trying to hurt me, but it was actually being around somebody who expected more from me than I expected from myself."

Cody Cerny said this to me to kick off his episode of the Adam Experiment, and it stopped me in my tracks.

I was stunned. It hit me like a ton of bricks and impacted me on many levels.

First, I realized that not everyone has that person in their life.

Second, I felt inspired to challenge my own beliefs and expectations about what's possible.

And this is only in the first few minutes!

Cody is extremely generous in sharing what he learned achieving in Blackbelt in Aikido in record time. The seemingly impossible challenges and adversity he faced while serving in the US Air Force Special Operations. And the incredible techniques he gained while working for a philosopher in London.

And most importantly, how he's human like the rest of us and manages stress, anxiety, depression, and everything in between.

I hope you're ready to be inspired and do something impossible today ⚡
