From my personal experience, a high percentage of job reqs are filled by what is referred to as a "known candidate". That is someone the hiring manager either knows personally, or someone who has been referred to them by someone they trust. Hiring the right person is a difficult job (been there, done that) and if they stick to a known candidate it feels less risky to them, even if there are better suited candidates out there.

With that in mind, I would like to lean on my network a bit to help get the word out that I am looking for my next role. You probably aren't actively hiring for someone with my background, but someone you know might be. Help me become a "known candidate" with someone in your network.

I am currently seeking a role in Cyber Security as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, or Customer Success Manager. I have a background in Technical Support, Cloud/SaaS, Cyber Security (EDR/NDR) and networking.

Please help me get the word out to your network and/or consider me as a referral to an opening with your current company.

Thank you!
