To become good at anything, there is no substitute for high volume, high quality time on task. We're all asked to do things we don't particularly like to do. And in the end, we either do it, get someone else to do it, or find another job. But if we do it, we might as well be damn good at doing it.

People who care about their health care about other things too! Had a great conversation with Dominic about a financial literacy program he is a part of launching for High School Juniors and Seniors beginning at Akron North, and another with Eric who is helping kids to effectively speak and write so their stories will be heard. There are people doing great things everywhere! All while doing 10 sets of McKinley Monument Steps to kick off our Friday.
