Adam Kowalik is an experienced leader, advisor, trainer, and entrepreneur with competences in various areas of business such as business development, product development, competitive strategy, market and risk intelligence, and business analysis.

He is a committed and inclusive executive with strong operational and crisis management skills, especially in uncertain conditions.

Adam holds Master and PhD degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a fellow of the Fulbright and CEMS programs. He is a former fencer who advocates for cooperation in the spirit of fair play.

His educational background includes studying Knowledge Management for his PhD at the Warsaw School of Economics and participating in a CEMS scholarship at Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) for his Master's in Management & Marketing.

Throughout his career, Adam has been involved in various organizations such as OUTSMART, where he serves as an advisor focusing on strategic, market, and competitive intelligence.

He has also held positions at Uniwersytet SWPS as an Assistant Professor and Head of Management Department, as well as Fulbright Senior Fellow at National Defense University.

Adam has also worked at EY as the Strategic, Market, Competitive Intelligence Director and Sales Support and Knowledge Management Manager. Additionally, he has experience in project management, HR, IT, recruitment, and knowledge management with companies like Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. and the American Institute for Foreign Study (UK) Ltd.
