Highlights

It’s been a great week of events with Michelle Sally at London Tech Week, Level39 and The AI Summit London meeting founders, investors and companies involved in London’s Tech ecosystem and listening to some fascinating conversations on AI (emerging use cases, safety, regulation, ethics), ESG, diversity & inclusion and net zero.

I’ve enjoyed catching up with existing and new contacts and hearing about some of the exciting new businesses that are going to shape this next phase of technological evolution.

All topped off by seeing Daniel Bedingfield going back-to-back (and beatboxing) with an AI live on stage!

It was great to attend CogX Festival last week and listen to some fascinating conversations and talks on the latest in transformational technology.

A highlight for me was Tristan Harris’s talk on how we address the risks of AI and, in particular, the importance of learning from what we got wrong with social media. Hearing Yuval Noah Harari’s insights on how AI fits into a broader history of human technological evolution was also incredibly thought-provoking.

Laura Elvin of Iusegenius also hosted brilliant panels/events on female health and fundraising by female founders.

Great to connect Andrew Muzzelle and many thanks for the invite Nina H.!

I’ll definitely look forward to next year!
