Adam Rogers is a librarian with a deep dedication to public service and a love for continuous learning. He has a background in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Anthropology and English from the University of Virginia.

Adam excels in various areas including makerspaces, 3D printing, emerging technologies, classroom support, outreach, partnerships, user experience design, digital media production, reference, and instruction. He has leveraged his skills to enhance user experiences in both digital and physical spaces.

Currently, Adam serves as the Head of Making & Innovation Studio at North Carolina State University, where he focuses on integrating the Maker movement into libraries to create engaging learning opportunities for users. Prior to this role, he held positions such as Emerging Technology Services Librarian and NCSU Libraries Fellow at the same institution. He also contributed to various library projects during his time at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and University of Virginia.

Adam's career path showcases his expertise in diverse library environments, from assisting in journalism and mass communication libraries to volunteering in music libraries. His journey also includes experience as a Bookmobile Specialist at Jefferson-Madison Regional Library.

With a combination of educational knowledge and hands-on experience, Adam Rogers continues to drive innovation in library services and user experiences, making him a valuable asset in the field of library sciences.
