Throughout his career, Adam has demonstrated a strong aptitude for collaborating with Boards, management teams, and financial stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution within large and complex organizations.

With extensive expertise in identifying opportunities, fostering alignment among stakeholders with varying interests, assembling high-performing teams, and successfully implementing transformative strategies, Adam has made significant contributions to enterprises in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Adam's career highlights include establishing Accenture's Operations Strategy Practice in the Asia Pacific region, serving as Group Projects Director for Willis International in London, and undertaking strategic engagements with Bain & Co focusing on Strategic Due Diligence and Enterprise Transformation.

In his role as Group Transformation Director at Fairfax, Adam led a highly successful transition from print to digital, garnering public recognition for his achievements in the media industry.

After retiring from the transformation industry, Adam now manages a diverse portfolio of disruptive and growth investments across Asia and the USA for the Warden Nominees Family Office.

Driven by a passion for analyzing data related to companies, markets, climate, new technologies, and cryptocurrencies, Adam is a vocal advocate for combating climate change and is known for his strong-willed persona as 'THE GRUMPY OLD MAN'.

Adam holds an MBA specializing in Strategy as well as a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
