Adam Wolman is a seasoned TV programming executive with a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry. He offers creative consulting and voiceover services for companies and individuals involved in content development for broadcast, cable, and digital platforms.
During his tenure as the #2 executive at HBO Digital, Adam specialized in developing short-form series for HBO's digital channels. His creative contributions expanded to include both scripted and documentary feature films, as well as comedy, drama, and alternative series for television.
At Disney/ABC Television Group, Adam served as an Executive Consultant, contributing significantly to the development and launch of ABC's award-winning Micro-Mini Series. He also played a key role in overseeing the Disney/ABC Writing and Directing Programs, scouting for talent, and supporting the recruitment of writers and directors for ABC, ABC Family, and Disney Channel productions.
Prior to his role at Disney/ABC, Adam held the position of VP, Original Series, Current & Development at MTV, where he oversaw the production of various shows, including the network's first ½-hour single-camera comedy '2GETHER' and the critically acclaimed drama 'LIVE THROUGH THIS'. He also managed MTV's longest-running scripted program, 'UNDRESSED', in addition to reality programming.
Adam's career journey includes a stint at ABC Entertainment as Director of Comedy Series Programming, where he contributed to iconic shows like 'ROSEANNE', 'SABRINA', and 'COACH'. He was part of the development team behind 'DHARMA & GREG' and 'SPORTS NIGHT' and served as a pilot screening group leader in both Los Angeles and New York City.
Before joining ABC, Adam gained experience at CBS Productions and Industry Entertainment, known for producing projects like 'SEX, LIES, AND VIDEOTAPE' and 'THE PLAYER'. He also worked as a story analyst for prominent entities like William Morris Agency and Imagine Entertainment.
Adam's professional journey began as an independent producer in Boston before transitioning to Los Angeles. In Massachusetts, he leveraged his skills in politics as a lobbyist and speechwriter for Mass Citizen Action.
Adam Wolman studied Linguistics and Psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as a creative consultant and voiceover talent at Not Bitter Inc., showcasing his diversified expertise in the entertainment industry.
