Adele Moynihan is a seasoned professional who played a key role in establishing Bupa Ventures, the early-stage investment arm of Bupa, dedicated to accelerating health technologies and providing them with access to the corporate's strategic resources.

Prior to her involvement with Bupa Ventures, Adele was one of the founding members of Antler Australia, an early-stage venture capital firm. During her time at Antler, she was responsible for developing and implementing the fund's go-to-market strategy, served on the leadership team, and participated as a voting member of the investment committee. Her experience at Antler involved various aspects of venture capital operations, including fund establishment, deal origination, leading investment processes, and securing early-stage funding.

Adele Moynihan has also contributed her expertise to notable organizations such as BCG Digital Ventures, where she held operational roles within BCG's corporate investing arm. She later transitioned to SafetyCulture, a unicorn company, during its high-growth phase.

In terms of education, Adele pursued a postgraduate diploma in Television Journalism and a degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University, in addition to her academic background from Oakham School.
