What anchors you during times of change? I recently had the opportunity and pleasure of speaking alongside Emanuel Maxwell of the Los Angeles Philharmonic at The PEER 150's PDXWest about this very topic.

As the saying goes "the only constant in life is change" and for leaders at all levels, our ability to navigate material change will always be one of the primary determinants of personal and team effectiveness. Helping leadership teams tap into their gifts and supporting organizations while they navigate transformational change is one of Evolution's core offerings and one of my personal passion areas. I'm grateful to have been a part of this recent discussion.

Thanks Ryan Gabel and Brad Coen for including us in another amazing Peer150 event and thanks to my Evolution teammates Erin Rocchio, MPOD, Stuart McCalla, Alicia Jabbar, CPCC, PCC, Peter Gandolfo, MBA, Executive Coach (MCC), Allan Silva and Amber Blanco (LA Phil) and Jamie Thorpe (Pursuit Collection) for joining in the fun and being the best team of people that I could ask for to work alongside.
