Adeline Chu is the Principal for International Market Development and Lead Coach at Global Entrepreneur Xchange (GEX), an independent coalition of entrepreneurs created by entrepreneurs.3 GEX offers entrepreneurs and CEOs consulting, classes, coaching, content, conferences, and community to help maximize success and minimize failure.3

Chu has also worked with over 500 startup teams in Singapore and Australia as a startup mentor and is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Western Sydney University.2 In 2023, Startup Muster named her Australia’s most recommended female mentor.2 Before her work with GEX, Chu held roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Nanoveu Pte Ltd and Head of Marketing for SME & Corporate Card (SEA) at American Express.2 She co-founded Saturday Kids, Singapore’s first coding school for children, in 2014.2 Currently, she is the CEO of Emsee Health, a women's health startup, since July 2024.1 She is also the founder of Aruna, a women’s health app and digital resource on menopause.2
