Adi Mendiola Barreto (they/them) is a 2nd generation Mexican and Puerto Rican non-binary and trans individual. They are a renowned speaker, community leader, and activist.

Adi recently assumed the role of Director of Community at iindividual.co, where they focus on helping leaders align with their purpose, express their unique contributions, and serve their communities effectively.

Having previously served as the Enterprise Sales Manager at Textio, Adi managed the company's global revenue strategy. Prior to this, they collaborated with clients to develop employer brand strategies that promote diversity and inclusivity through editorial and visual media.

Adi's passion lies in assisting individuals in aligning their intentions with the impact they aim to make in the world. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in LGBTQ studies, earned from DePaul University.

Throughout their career, Adi has been associated with various organizations such as Self-Employed, Textio, TheMuse.com, Jonathan Adler, and Monique Jones PR. They also founded and served as a board member of DIG: Diversity and Inclusion Group at TheMuse.com.

Adi recently relocated to the vibrant city of San Francisco Bay Area where they enjoy dancing and indulging in salsa. Their professional background and commitment to diversity and community engagement make them a valuable asset in their field.
