She then pursued her aspirations in finance by studying at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where she achieved the Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (IPCE) qualification. This strong foundation in finance was supplemented with her MBA from MICA, where she specialized in marketing and communication, enabling her to integrate her analytical skills with creative strategies. Additionally, she completed her schooling at The Future Foundation School, obtaining both the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the Indian School Certificate (ISC).
Throughout her professional career, Aditi has held various significant roles that underscore her expertise in brand management and marketing strategies. Currently, she is serving as the Assistant Manager of Brand and Marketing at Lenskart.com, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's narrative and enhancing its market presence. Before her current role, she worked at BIG FM, where she started as a Management Trainee and evolved into a robust marketing function, further indicating her dynamism and capability to adapt to new challenges. Her early experiences as a Strategy Intern at Publicis Worldwide and as an Associate Marketer at the UNCTAD-Empretec Programme for India laid the groundwork for her subsequent success in marketing roles. Additionally, her marketing internship at Viber provided her with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing dynamics, which has proven invaluable in her career.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Aditi is deeply passionate about education and giving back to the community. She has dedicated time to tutor secondary and higher secondary students, particularly focusing on underprivileged children. Her commitment to mentorship extends to college students as well, understanding their struggles and uncertainties, she inspires them to find their path just as she did. Aditi believes in the importance of positive contributions to others' lives, finding joy in connecting with individuals and assisting them in their growth journeys.
