Adrian Hackney is a rising junior at Harvard College, majoring in Social Anthropology and Government with a secondary focus on Economics. With a keen interest in unraveling the social, political, and economic constructs of societies globally, Adrian aims to forge a career bridging technology, business, and social impact.

Adrian Hackney holds an AB in Social Anthropology and Government with a Secondary in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights from Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors. Prior to Harvard, Adrian completed their High School Diploma at Milton Academy and holds a Deferred Admit for the MBA Class of 2028 starting at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Fall 2026.

Throughout their academic journey, Adrian has engaged in various organizations and roles, showcasing a diverse skill set. Adrian currently serves as an FRP Analyst at Microsoft. Previously, they have contributed as a Research Assistant at the Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, a Conflux Residency Fellow at metaLAB at Harvard & FU Berlin, a Business Process Design Intern at Digital, Data, and Design (D^3) Institute at Harvard, and a Lab Assistant at The Behavioral Lab at Harvard Business School.

Additional experiences in Adrian's repertoire include roles as an FRP Intern at Microsoft, a Research Assistant for the Impact-Weighted Accounts Project at Harvard Business School, a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Summer Analyst at PIMCO, and participation in programs such as Prism Investor Track at Dorm Room Fund, internships at Alter Global, and fellowships at The D. E. Shaw Group and The Takeoff Institute.
