Now that it's been a couple years talking to, and helping clients think through how the pandemic and hybrid work has transformed real estate and workplace strategy, Phil Kirschner, Julia McClatchy and I finally wrote down twelve practices we see the best companies aspire to do, and tested them on it. How does your organization stack up?

Some of it is intuitive (e.g., do you understand the "moments that matter" for people to be in-person?) and some less-so (e.g., do you test policies and designs before scaling them?). Send it to your head of workplace, real estate, or CHRO and see what they think!

I think that prior to The Asian American Foundation's Summit last week, the last time I was in a room with so many Asians was Jay Chou's 2008 concert in Toronto. While sobering to hear the challenging state of affairs for Asian Americans today (https://lnkd.in/egq6RvRu), it couldn't have been more energizing to meet so many awesome leaders across business, philanthropy, politics and entertainment. Thanks TAAF for a fantastic two days.
