Adriana Martinez, ACSW, PPSC, is a dedicated mental health practitioner with a wealth of experience in community mental health, particularly with youth, families, and Latinx communities.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a Health and Mental Health Concentration from San Jose State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento.

Adriana has held various roles in esteemed organizations such as the Sacramento City Unified School District, La Familia Counseling Center, Inc., Hiram W. Johnson High School, and Sacramento Children's Home.

Her expertise spans community engagement, program implementation, research, culturally relevant care, education, health equity, policy practice, grant writing, and social justice.

Adriana's ultimate goal is to achieve her LCSW certification to further enhance her impact in delivering direct therapeutic services to diverse communities.

She has demonstrated a commitment to making a positive difference by actively engaging in volunteer work at Ronald McDonald House Charities and serving as the Community Service Chair at Zeta Sigma Chi Multicultural Sorority Inc.

Her passion for empowering individuals and advocating for health equity and social justice is evident through her multifaceted professional and academic journey.
