Adriane Bond Harris is an urban planner and community development expert.3 She is the Principal and Owner of HarCo, LLC, and a leadership development coach with 25 years of experience in multi-stakeholder engagement and public-private partnerships.2 She supports leaders, organizations, and communities by helping them locate the resources, people, and tools they need for reimagination and growth.2

Harris is also the Advisor, Community Investment for the Center for Community Investment (CCI).5 Previously, she was the Chief of the Mayor’s Office of Housing in Nashville from 2015 to 2018, where she helped form Nashville’s first community land trust.4 Currently, she is a Center for Community Investment Fulcrum Fellow and Field Catalyst, focused on increasing investment in communities.1
