Adrienne Schmoeker brings over a decade of experience in leading strategic initiatives across various sectors and is currently advising and leading new engagements for select clients.

Her career began in a leadership development program at a Fortune 500 company followed by three years at Catchafire in the NYC startup space where she led campaigns, built communities in new markets, and collaborated on launching an enterprise platform for skills-based volunteer programs.

Passionate about technology, transparency, and community impact, Adrienne later joined the New York City Mayor's Office of Technology & Innovation where she led open innovation projects and managed the NYC Open Data Program before transitioning to the role of Deputy Chief Analytics Officer.

Adrienne is currently an advisor to organizations in technology, transparency, and civics, and is involved in projects related to open government, civic technology, and participatory democracy.

She has shared her insights and experiences at various notable events including Conscious Capitalism, Mozilla Festival, SXSW Cities Summit, Smart Cities NYC, and the Code for America Summit, among others.

Adrienne Schmoeker holds a BA in Public Policy Studies with an Economics Concentration from the University of Chicago.

She is affiliated with organizations such as Urban AI and has previously held positions such as Global Advisory Board Member at Open Data Policy Lab, Director of Civic Engagement and Strategy, and Senior Project Manager at the City of New York, and roles at Catchafire and Sears Holdings Corporation.
