Health in the human environment is the core of my design, art, architecture, and education.

Afsaneh Ardehali is a seasoned architect, educator, and creative professional with a profound understanding of human emotions and experiences in relation to art, architecture, and health in the human environment.

With over thirty years of comprehensive experience in various facets of architecture, including teaching, design, leadership, and publications, Afsaneh brings a versatile skill set and a holistic perspective to her work.

Her ethos revolves around creativity, collaboration, and authenticity, epitomizing a mission centered on comprehending the significance of health within the human environment.

In 2015, Afsaneh founded Reconnect Drawing (TM), a platform that promotes creativity, collaboration, and inner tranquility through guided Meditative Drawing TM sessions, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and the world.

Afsaneh holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Throughout her career, she has been associated with esteemed organizations like The University of New Mexico, Saks Fifth Avenue, Miami University, University of Cincinnati, Village of Mariemont, and various architectural firms.

Afsaneh Ardehali Architecture, under her leadership, and her roles as a visiting faculty, assistant professor, and principal have collectively contributed to her rich and diverse professional background in the field of architecture.

Her wealth of experience in teaching, conceptualization, design, exhibition, and publication underscores her commitment to fostering a healthy and open-minded approach to architectural design and education.
