Right from my college days - being the coordinator of campus placements to being a part of the campus hiring team representing corporates, my flair of campus hiring never dwindles. A recent campus hiring experience for our organization Aezion, Inc was both energizing and deeply meaningful for the TAG team. The enthusiasm and determination of the students I encountered, coupled with the supportive role of placement officers and teachers, made for a dynamic and rewarding process.
It’s fascinating how each campus drive can present its own unique set of challenges and highlights. I was deeply humbled by the unusual request from the candidate who travelled a long distance thereby showcasing the lengths some students go to for an opportunity, and it’s a testament to their dedication. Similarly, the collective efforts of educators and placement teams to support and guide their students underscores the collaborative spirit that fuels successful campus placements. The enthusiasm of the students to prove their prowess in terms of their technical and social skills, their earnest attempts to make the mark in terms of their communication through a tough competition with comradeship was a pleasant sight to behold.
