Ahmad Aladawi

Senior Security Analyst at Accenture

Ahmad Aladawi is a Syrian immigrant who has built a successful career in cybersecurity at Accenture, based in Chicago, Illinois. He arrived in Chicago from Syria in 2014 and faced the challenge of not speaking English and having to work multiple jobs to support himself and his family. Despite these challenges, he learned English and earned an associate degree at Wright College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago.1

Ahmad joined Accenture through their apprenticeship program, which he learned about while studying at Wright College. This program combines post-secondary education with paid work-based learning and has become a national model for creating career opportunities.1 After completing his apprenticeship, Ahmad was hired as a full-time Security Analyst at Accenture and has since been promoted to Senior Security Analyst.2 As of December 2021, he holds the position of Security Delivery Specialist at Accenture.234
