His high school education was completed at Karachi Grammar School.
Throughout his career, Ahmad Zakaria has held prominent positions in various organizations. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Firstbase.com, Vice President of Operations at Allbirds, Director of Global Planning and Merchandising at Allbirds, Manager at Apple, Product Manager at Rocket Internet GmbH, and in consultancy roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture.

A few weeks ago I said goodbye to Allbirds. My 5 years there were the most rewarding of my career as I don't think I would’ve learned and grown so much personally and professionally if I were working anywhere else, and I owe it all to the opportunities that Joseph Zwillinger, Tim Brown and countless others here provided me. Plus a huge shout out to my Operations teams for making me look good all these years.
From 2 shoe models to 20, from 1 new sustainable material to 5, from 1 store to 50+, from 2 markets to 30+, from 2 DCs to 10, from a team of 2 to many more, and on and on and on. It’s crazy to imagine the work the team put in to make better things in a better way in such a short amount of time, and will continue to do. It's been nothing short of an honor to have been a part of building this brand and business.
I’m also appreciative of all the relationships I built with people outside of Allbirds. If we crossed paths in any way during this time, I’m extremely thankful for that and hope that we get to work together again!

To say yesterday was a highlight of my career would be an understatement. When I joined allbirds 4+ years ago, I never imagined the journey that Tim and Joey would take us on would be so thrilling and rewarding. This would not have been possible without all the insanely hard work put in by the allbirds flock over the years, with a special shout-out to my Operations team. I’m nothing but grateful. Congratulations to the entire Allbirds team, past and present!!
