Aiko Bethea, Esq., PCC (she-her) is an experienced executive and leadership coach with a focus on enhancing emotional intelligence and resilience among executives and teams.

She offers specialized coaching and workshops for underrepresented groups such as people of color, parents, women in tech, individuals from the LGBT+ and disability communities, and international professionals.

Aiko's expertise lies in guiding leaders towards creating equitable and inclusive teams, understanding their blind spots, and addressing barriers faced by underrepresented individuals.

Her educational background includes a degree in Government from Smith College, studies in Civil Rights of Indigenous People at the University of Sydney, and a JD in Law from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
