Aitan Weinberg is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Fetch, he is dedicated to driving innovation and growth for America's Rewards App, aiding brands in cultivating lasting customer relationships through Fetch Points. With a remarkable 18-year tenure at Google and DoubleClick, Weinberg has amassed a wealth of experience as a product executive, leader, and innovator. He has successfully led various teams and projects, with a keen focus on genuine innovation, team growth, and coaching.

Weinberg's expertise extends to his noteworthy role as a ML team leader at Google, overseeing a team of 100 Full-Time Employees dedicated to building large language models and human labeling processes. His contributions have significantly impacted Google's product teams by enhancing revenue generation, ensuring consumer safety, and improving overall user experiences.

During his time at Google, Weinberg made pivotal contributions to the IBA Ads business, spearheading its growth from inception to achieving a milestone of $1 billion. He also played a key role in leading the Remarketing division from inception to a remarkable $2.5 billion, covering various aspects including buy side, sell side, product development, privacy, and go-to-market strategies.

Furthermore, Weinberg was instrumental in introducing the Product Management function into a 600-person enterprise solutions organization at Google, overseeing the growth of the PM team from 17 to 40 members. His responsibilities spanned across multiple enterprise verticals, including HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Real Estate / Physical Buildings. Additionally, Weinberg led the product team for Google Home Services, a pioneering marketplace connecting consumers with home service providers.

Prior to his tenure at Google, Weinberg garnered experience as a startup founder, a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg, and a Product Manager at Dun & Bradstreet. Complementing his professional accomplishments, Weinberg holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Binghamton University.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Weinberg resides in Brooklyn, Prospect Heights, with his family, including his wife and three children. He enjoys indulging in various hobbies, such as travel, skiing, hiking, relaxing in a hammock, impulse-buying camping gear, and witnessing his children's growth and development.
