Highlights
A challenging moment, and a hopeful one, to present Global Collaboration on an international stage at the IDG Summit in Stockholm last week. It was an honor and a responsibility to have this opportunity. The critical inner work necessary by all of us in order to make any sustained outer collaboration possible feels palpable in this global moment — our need to communicate and co-create with what is emerging, and with inclusive, intercultural perspectives, and the skills to trust and move within and between us. A sincere thanks to the IDG team, and to the many, many of the 1500 people I met, and to those 7,000+ around our world who joined virtually that I have yet to meet, who are in practice growing themselves, their teams, and organizations every day in service of relating more easefully with people who are different to us, such that we can change systems. Inner Development Goals TILT

Your ability to tune your aperture and engage with different perspectives — your own and others' — can be instrumental to enabling you and your team to change course, do differently with greater agility, improve the quality of collaboration, and create an optimal environment for learning, exchange, and belonging.
I hope you'll join me for my course at MIT Sloan Executive Education, Unlocking the Power of Perspectives, May 17-19, and dedicate time to reflect, unlock, and experiment with new models of perceiving in service of accelerating your growth and problem-solving potential: bit.ly/3JVx6vI
