Ajay MADIWALE is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and rich experience in the international development sector.

He holds an MSc with Distinction in Violence, Conflict, and Development from SOAS University of London, an M.A. in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a B.A. in Political Science and Cultural Studies from Bard College.

Ajay has held significant roles in various renowned organizations, including being the Syria Programme Manager at UN Women, Strategic Planning and Partnerships Adviser at UNOPS, and UN Coordination and Partnerships Adviser at UNOPS.

His previous positions include Senior Officer for Multilateral and IFI Partnerships at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Adviser at the IFRC Delegation to the UN, and Humanitarian Policy Advisor at the British Red Cross.

Furthermore, Ajay has served as a Research Associate at organizations such as the Overseas Development Institute, Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

His expertise spans program management, strategic planning, humanitarian policy advisory, and coordination of partnerships at both national and international levels.
