🚀 2023 in review and new beginnings in 2024! 🚀
As we head into the new year and begin the year with new milestones, it is important to reflect on the joys, opportunities, challenges and accomplishments that 2023 brought forth.
🎓 I am thrilled to share that I graduated from the MA in Media and Business program at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. This master’s degree has been a roller coaster ride and yet I will always cherish the insightful lectures, expert guidance and a stellar community of students that I had been surrounded with. I want to give a special thanks to the faculty, the program team and the entire Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication (ESHCC) for their constant guidance and support. I also want to thank team EdLighten Consulting led by Shrey Nagrath and Simar Ahluwalia for their constant support and guidance throughout the application process. 💼 Towards the latter part of the program, I decided to complement my academic journey with hands-on experience and I joined Kraft Heinz as a Human Resources Intern. I got the opportunity to work on some stellar projects for #employeeengagement, #learninganddevelopment and #talentacquisition. I want to thank my manager Alexandra COLLEAUX (HRBP Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe) for her constant guidance, support and mentorship. I am grateful to Alex for the professional and personal growth I have experienced as a result of her stellar leadership. I also want to thank my beloved intern community and all the colleagues who have also been an integral part of my growth journey. And of course, a special shoutout of gratitude to Hannah Heyne and Chaand Taneja for their constant support throughout the hiring process.
💼 As for the next step in my growth journey, I am thrilled to share that I have embarked on my next challenge as a Human Resources Trainee with aramco. I have gotten the opportunity to join the People and Organizational Development team and learn from and support the Learning and development initiatives being led by Anastasia Warnaar-Baybakova MBA and the well-being and employee engagement efforts led by Sylwia Juzkiewicz. I am eager to contribute and learn from the stellar leaders of the field and embark on my next growth journey under the guidance of my manager Ivonne Tummers MCIPD.
