Alaina has had a diverse and rich career, having held various roles in different organizations across the realms of education, leadership programs, global programs, and hospitality management.

Her professional journey includes positions such as Initiatives Manager at Unreasonable, Admissions Interviewer/Reader, Assistant Director, and Program Coordinator at the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program.

She also served as a Teaching Fellow and Alumni Coordinator at Spoleto Study Abroad and as a Global Programs Manager and Assistant at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

In addition, Alaina gained experience in the finance sector as an Executive Coordinator at Artemis Capital Management LP and delved into hospitality management as a Hotel Manager and Key Associate at Andell Inn.
