There’s an old idea that everything meaningful comes from tension - from opposing forces pushing against each other. When you remove that tension, things don’t improve. They stall. You see this very clearly in companies. Any team trying to do something genuinely difficult will have friction: strong opinions, urgency, disagreement… Today, a lot of that gets labelled as “toxic.” But often it’s just what it looks like when people care about the outcome and refuse to lower the bar. Not everyone wants to operate under pressure. That’s fine. But let’s not pretend it produces the same results.

The establishment is entirely obsessed with choosing 'equality' over merit. They tell you it’s the compassionate route.

Utter nonsense.

It is a direct assault on the wealth creators and hard-working contributors who actually pay for the insane welfare bill. With the rise of AI, this reality will only accelerate. The top producers aren't just going to be slightly better - they will be orders of magnitude more productive than the rest.

Let’s apply some common sense: outcomes are not equal, they never have been, and the gap is only going to widen. You either embrace this and reward merit, or you try to suppress it to appease the mob.

One path builds a prosperous nation. The other guarantees managed decline.
