His role involves encouraging leaders to think expansively about the future, offering guidance on creativity, conducting workshops, and providing training on innovative thinking.

Alan Iny is passionate about exploring limitless possibilities daily and enjoys the privilege of assisting top executives in regularly shifting their perspectives. Alongside Luc de Brabandere, he co-authored 'Thinking in New Boxes: A New Paradigm for Business Creativity,' published by Random House in September 2013. His expertise lies in creativity, innovation, ideation, scenario planning, long-term planning across various industries, strategic vision, change management, organization design, social enterprise, and the arts. Alan's educational background includes an MBA in Management with a focus on Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McGill University, as well as studies at Marianopolis College.

Before his current role, Alan held several positions at BCG, including Partner, Director, and Global Lead for Creativity & Scenarios. He has also served as a Consultant, Project Leader, Principal, and Senior Global Specialist for Creativity and Scenarios at BCG. Additionally, he previously worked as a Director at the Montreal Chamber Music Festival.
