Following his impactful tenure at Vodafone, Alan transitioned to Profoundis, a nimble yet ambitious data company composed of just 15 dedicated professionals. His leadership in ramping up the team contributed significantly to Profoundis attaining remarkable growth, culminating in the company’s acquisition by FullContact in 2016. This acquisition was particularly noteworthy as it marked the first product acquisition from the state of Kerala, positioning Alan and his team as pioneers in this achievement.
At FullContact, Alan continued to show his exceptional management skills, overseeing larger teams and taking on projects that spanned numerous domains. His responsibilities included client interactions, extensive research, and development initiatives, all aimed at streamlining operations and improving the user experience. He also contributed to building vital internal tools and processes that helped the organization adapt and scale effectively. During his time at FullContact, the India team experienced exponential growth, expanding from a few initial members to an impressive strength of 150 employees.
With a wealth of experience under his belt, Alan took a significant step in his professional journey by co-founding Pelican Insights, where he serves as the Co-Founder and CEO. Pelican Insights is a forward-thinking Data-as-a-Service company focused on assisting startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in overcoming their sales and marketing data challenges. Alan’s visionary leadership continues to drive the company's growth, helping clients unlock valuable insights and improve their business performance through data-driven strategies.
