Alan Prohaska is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the banking and finance industry.
He pursued his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Organizational Behavior from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Alan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Policy from UC Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
With a career spanning several notable organizations, Alan currently serves as the Regional President and Head of Corporate Banking at PNC.
Prior to his role at PNC, he held various key positions at Wells Fargo, including Region Manager, Senior Vice President roles in Business Risk Management and Loan Team Management, as well as Vice President positions in Relationship Management.
Alan's expertise extends to underwriting, portfolio management, and relationship management across multiple commercial banks, showcasing his versatile skill set in the banking sector.

Yesterday was incredible - christening the new PNC Bank Field in partnership with San Diego Wave Fútbol Club! We all love the YMCA of San Diego County and were honored to be able to rehab this field and give it back to the Border View Family YMCA, Montgomery Middle School, and San Ysidro community.
The goal for PNC and San Diego Wave Fútbol Club is to provide permanent access to sport for kids across SD. Sports are critical to the development of the whole child as well as improve physical and mental health, teach discipline and hard work, and help us learn to win graciously and build resilience in defeat.

Over the past 2 weeks, San Diego has been hit by significant rain fall, which when combined with an aging storm drain system, resulted in severe flooding. These floods have destroyed homes, wrecked cars, and shuttered businesses. Our hearts go out to all of those impacted. It is a cornerstone of our culture at PNC to care for the wellbeing of our team members, customers, and communities. I am fortunate to announce that PNC has committed $50k to the San Diego Foundation's flood relief efforts. We owe so much credit to Valerie Attisha for spearheading this effort at PNC and Mark Stuart, CFRE's leadership at the SD Foundation.
