1️⃣ Implementation Support - a more entry-level role, working alongside our experienced Implementation Consultants. You'll be learning how we work, supporting our amazing customers to do cool things with HR tech, and eventually progressing into an Implementation Consultant role (if you so wish).
This is a development role, and we're most interested in potential, interest and desire - but some exposure to, or past experience in, either HR or TA will set you up for success.
2️⃣ Implementation Consultant - an experienced role, consulting with clients and directly supporting them to augment their people and processes with the best technology on the market. Automation, AI and leading-edge tech - you'll get to work with it all.
This is a role that needs more experience. Previous HR technology implementation, HR Ops or similar, would be ideal. It could also suit people with deep subject-matter expertise in HR or TA, strong project management skills, and a geek-level interest in technology.
We have opportunities for each position based in either LATAM, South Africa or UK/EMEA.
