- eWare: Wyley was the COO, where he managed strategic partnerships, fundraising, and operations.4

Southside Partnership (SSP) is a local development company that works with and supports over 4,000 people each year in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown (DLR). We focus on those living in disadvantaged communities, single-headed households, people who are isolated and marginalised, older people, Ukrainians, and International Protection Applicants.
In order to provide these types of supports, SSP DLR operate a range of programmes and projects on behalf of specific funders and seek to engage and collaborate with other interested parties and like-minded organisations. There is an annual budget of over €3m with 50 permanent staff and additional staff on community employment schemes across 10 office bases close to the communities that we serve.
