Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Analyst at Pilgrim Partners Asia located in Singapore. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to fund management operations, including data analysis, financial reporting, customer service, and accounting. They will work closely with different teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications

Pilgrim is increasing capacity in funds onboarding/client relationship management. This is a mid management position which requires excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of funds setup (especially VCC in Singapore and other structures domiciled elsewhere).
This role will guide our partners in the setting up of funds within our Fund Platform framework and is the nexus of information flow between all stakeholders in the process.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years' experience in the fund management industry and can demonstrate experience dealing with service partners in Legal, Fund Administration, Audit and Tax.
