Alex Diacre is a seasoned technology leader with a strong focus on customer success. Currently, he leads the Dealer Experience teams at Upstart, overseeing customer implementation, success management, lending, and product support.

Throughout his career, Alex has held key roles at major tech companies like Google and Microsoft, where he spearheaded various customer support, professional services, and customer care initiatives.

At Google, he spent 15 years in roles such as leading technical support and customer care for Google Cloud products, launching Google Workspace to Enterprise customers, and establishing the Professional Services and Customer Success organization within Google Cloud.

Prior to Google, Alex worked at Microsoft as a Regional Product Manager and Sales Engineering Lead for products like Microsoft Exchange and Office, focusing on US Financial Services clients in the Middle East & Africa emerging markets.

Alex holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University School of Business.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Alex enjoys family time, cooking, traveling, and art appreciation, with a particular fondness for Bridget Riley's work.
