Alex Gibson was previously the Head of Brand Marketing at Uswitch, a UK-based switching service for energy, broadband, and mobile.13 In this role, he led brand marketing initiatives and oversaw major campaigns, including Uswitch's largest above-the-line campaign in its 20-year history.1

Gibson was instrumental in appointing Joint as Uswitch's lead creative agency in October 2019 and worked closely with them to develop a multi-channel campaign launched in January 2020.1 He also collaborated with venturethree on Uswitch's rebranding efforts, which focused on putting people at the heart of the brand experience.3

After his tenure at Uswitch, Gibson moved on to new roles. In September 2022, he started a position as Head of Brand and Marketing Communications at VouchedFor.2 More recently, as of June 2024, he was still holding this position at VouchedFor.4

Throughout his career, Gibson has gained experience in various aspects of brand marketing, including strategy development, campaign management, and stakeholder relationships. He has also worked for other notable companies in the property and technology sectors, such as Zoopla.5
