If your company isn’t posting salary ranges in job descriptions, it’s a problem.

If recruiters aren’t sharing pay bands for a role upfront, it’s a problem.

Salary transparency is THE most important thing you can do as a company to value your current and prospective employees.

Not kombucha on tap. Not selling a “family” culture. And definitely not company-branded coffee mugs.

We’re seeing steps in the right direction with some cities and states starting to implement laws around salary transparency but there’s still a lot of work to be done.

Until we see this as the norm, Pathrise will continue to help job seekers squeeze out every penny they deserve through salary negotiations.

We’re offering free consultations for anyone that is negotiating a job offer or pay raise in the near future. Book time with an expert here: https://lnkd.in/gXS7W_GK
