GNS3 1.0 is close to being released to the public. This is great news for people who rely on virtualization of networks, whether they virtualize for study, testing, proof-of-concept design work or architecture. Although there are many enhancements to version 0.8.7 , I'm mainly excited about the incorporation of IOU in 1.0, the ability to virtualize switches (to a certain extent, because IOU has some limitations). I'm excited and have been forward to this release for more than a year; keep your eyes out in the next 24 hours!
