His foundational years were spent at Northview High School, where he first recognized his passion for service and leadership.
Organizational Involvement
Throughout his career, Alex has worn many hats, showcasing not only his versatility but also his commitment to community service and leadership development. Currently, he serves as a Registered Nurse at Southeast Health, where his compassion and dedication directly benefit his patients and healthcare team.
His background also includes a rich history of involvement in political and civic engagement. Alex had the honor of interning for U.S. Representative Martha Roby at the U.S. House of Representatives, where he gained valuable insights into public policy and representation. Additionally, he held leadership positions within the College Republican Federation of Alabama, serving as Deputy Chairman and demonstrating his commitment to political engagement and service.
At Troy University, he furthered his leadership journey as Vice Chairman of the College Republicans and as Vice President of Legislative Affairs. These experiences honed his skills in advocacy and governance, allowing him to represent student interests on various legislative matters. In addition, Alex's initial work experiences included his time as an intern at the Dothan Fire Department, which imbued him with a sense of community service and emergency preparedness, traits that are invaluable in his nursing career.
Furthermore, Alex has demonstrated a strong work ethic through various roles outside of his core career paths, including landscaping at Mustard Seed Landscaping and service roles at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. These diverse experiences have shaped his worldview and fostered a deep appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and respect for all individuals.

Alex's personal philosophy reflects his commitment to faith and service. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, he seeks to embody the virtue of loving and valuing every individual.
