I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Founder and CEO at Make Offshore!
A brand-new startup, everyone working like maniacs, pulling 18-hour days, some even crashing at the office overnight. The pressure's intense, but everyone's driven by the dream of success.
Amidst this frenzy, there was one guy who stood out, and not for the reasons you’d expect. Every morning, like clockwork, he’d stroll into the office at 9 a.m. sharp and head out the door by 5 p.m. No late nights, no sleeping bags under his desk, just a clean 9 to 5.
At first, people were too busy to notice, but after a few days, whispers started circulating. Was he slacking off? Did he not care about the mission? Finally, a group of exhausted colleagues decided to confront him.
“Hey man, what’s the deal? We’re all killing ourselves here, and you’re doing 9 to 5? Are you even committed to this?”
He looked at them, completely unfazed, and with a grin, said, “Guys, relax. I’m just on vacation.”
