AI tools are overpromising

And many are under-delivering

So in that spirit, I’m breaking down what you can use Pocus’ new AI strategy for TODAY.

Lots coming on the roadmap but here’s what we’ve seen folks use it for already (including our own team Katie Cascino and Miriam O'Donnell)

1/ Meeting prep: Get the headline on what’s going on in a prospect's world so reps can walk into meetings with full confidence. It’s like having a AI analyst feeding them the latest info with just a click.

2/ Ramp your reps faster: It can be hard for reps to get up-to-speed, especially if you're selling a technical product or need to become an expert on the industry. Make your reps domain experts with super relevant industry and technology info.

3/ Continuous enablement: Because your sales methodology is embedded into our AI, everyone is working from the same playbook and using consistent messaging.

And in the spirit of ditching the hype and getting honest, here’s what our AI Strategy CANNOT do for you:

Cold call or mass email for your reps Build your POV from scratch Generate millions in revenue from thin air

Do those use cases resonate?

What’s on your wishlist? If you could wave a magic wand and make us build an AI sales tool for you, what would it do?

Will more intent signals make your email outbound better?

No. It won’t.

Equipping reps with tons of signals made the problem worse.

The truth, is email is being largely tuned out and it takes more than just well timed signal-based outreach to break through.

With everyone focusing on signals and intent, sales teams overcorrected and have become more transactional and spammy.

How do you stand out in today’s noisy market?

Crush the fundamentals.

Being strategic and consultative is more important than ever.

Top sellers deeply understand their customers' problems and craft personalized solutions. They turn intent and signals into a point-of-view.

But, doing this at scale is tough...until now :).

I am PUMPED about AI Strategy, a new feature we're launching in closed beta today 🚀

AI Strategy synthesizes your internal data (think: CRM notes, enablement collateral, call recordings, website visitors) with external data (think: 10Ks, news, podcasts, job postings, LinkedIn/X posts) and builds custom AI account plans with a few clicks.

Why it matters:

✨Instant Meeting Prep: Get the latest insights fast.

✨Stronger Business Cases: Build compelling, data-driven arguments.

✨Faster Onboarding: Quickly equip new reps with domain expertise.

Early feedback has been awesome.

Spencer Ivey at Webflow said "Pocus AI Strategy has been a game-changer - it synthesizes the data into a clear POV to speed up call prep and writing outreach"

Brian Bailey at Pinecone said "AI Strategy has had immediate impact on the team's ability to quickly build robust account plans that help with meeting prep, better discovery, and crafting better messaging".

Whether you’re selling vertical SaaS and need deep domain expertise or selling a highly technical product and need to become an expert overnight... we've got you ✅

AI Strategy is in invite-only closed beta, comment below or DM me for early access💜
