Alexander Ball is a real estate professional with a diverse background, currently furthering his education by pursuing a graduate degree at Columbia University. He has a strong track record in underwriting analysis, deal execution, and business development, specializing in investment sales and JV equity placement across various property types.

With experience underwriting over $2.7 billion in assets and successfully closing deals worth $520 million, Alexander's expertise spans core plus, value add, and opportunistic properties. At Columbia University, he serves as a Teacher's Assistant for multiple Real Estate Department courses and holds the position of Vice President in the Real Estate Private Equity Club.

Active in professional organizations, Alexander is a member of ULI New York's Professional Development Committee and contributes to ULI's UrbanPlan program, educating high school students on real estate development. He is also involved as a Fellow in AFIRE's mentor program and established the St. Lawrence University Commercial Real Estate Network.

Alexander's educational background includes a Master of Science degree from Columbia University, complemented by studies at St. Lawrence University, Avon Old Farms, and New York University. His professional experience features roles at renowned companies such as Hines, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he held various positions in capital markets, investment advisory, and sales.
