Currently, he serves as the Manager of Inclusion - Content & Marketing at Netflix, showcasing his expertise in creating inclusive content and leading marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Manager of Inclusion at Netflix, leveraging his skills in fostering diversity and inclusion.

Before his tenure at Netflix, Alexander gained valuable experience as an Educator and Program Specialist at St. Joseph School in Seattle, as well as roles at Live Out Loud, Archdiocese of Chicago, and Seattle Public Schools, where he honed his skills in education and program coordination.
